Facilities Manager: This is where you come in.
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of facility maintenance, including policy development, space planning, vendor coordination, and project management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging environment across all company locations. This role works closely with the Workplace Services Manager, Office/Travel Manager, and other key business leaders to manage ongoing maintenance, capital projects, and tenant improvements.
A core aspect of the position is the ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership, addressing facilities-related concerns while aligning with company standards and operational goals. In collaboration with the Workplace Services Manager, the Facilities Manager will drive initiatives that promote safety, security, sustainability, and an exceptional employee experience.
