Cleaner (Oakwood Apartments)

WinnCompanies is looking for a dependable and customer service-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Oakwood Apartments in Moreno Valley, CA.

In this role, you will perform cleaning functions to ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property is maintained to ownership and management expectations.

Please note that the pay range for this position is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

• Perform day to day tasks, which include, but are not limited to cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and carpets. Empty trash cans, sweeping sidewalks, set up hoses, rake lawns and flower beds, power washing the property.
• Prepare all trash and recycling, including bulk items, for removal by city sanitation. All preparation needs to be completed in accordance with city rules and regulations.
• Perform each cleaning function in accordance with the property's prescribed daily schedule.
• Keep walkways, parking lots, and driveways clean and clear of debris or trash.
• Clean vacant apartment units for the next round of tenant move ins.
• Perform other cleaning functions as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Managing the inventory for supplies and communicating any inventory needs.
• Assisting the maintenance staff as needed.

• Less than 1 year experience as a cleaner for residential apartment buildings.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
