Appointment Setter (On-Site)

Mad City Windows and Baths (division of Renuity) is hiring immediately for Appointment Setters to join our call center team in Madison, WI with uncapped bonuses to earn upwards of $40/hr+. This position is located in Madison, WI and candidates must be able to work onsite.

Hours of operation are 7am-9pm, 7 days a week - schedules are assigned based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Place calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads

  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives

  • Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team

  • Perform direct sales and selling techniques for home remodeling and all of our products

  • Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels

  • Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients
