The Sales Role 

Hiring Immediately – As a full-time inside sales representative, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our market reach while contributing to our current growth. Responsibilities 

  • Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, looking for new interests and identifying potential new business 

  • Partner with our Outside Sales teams to develop opportunities in our existing customer base 

  • Make Outbound calls to qualified leads 

  • Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives

  • Hours of operation are 7am-9pm, 7 days a week - schedules are assigned based on business needs. 

 

Compensation 

  • Uncapped earning potential plus competitive hourly base pay 

  • Total compensation potential: $80,000 - $170,000 annually (minimum)
