The Sales Role

Responsibilities
Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, looking for new interests and identifying potential new business
Partner with our Outside Sales teams to develop opportunities in our existing customer base
Make Outbound calls to qualified leads
Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives
Qualifications
Outgoing individual who thrives on human interaction
Confident public speaker with persuasive communication skills

Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
Hours of operation are 7am-9pm, 7 days a week - schedules are assigned based on business needs.
Compensation
Uncapped earning potential plus competitive hourly base pay
Total compensation potential: $80,000 - $170,000 annually (minimum)
