About the Role

We’re are looking to hire a Director Of Operations to execute the Team’s day-to-day operations and be the “Right Hand” to the Head of the Operator Network. This role requires a person who is able to execute a plan based on a Mission-Driven strategy and vision. This person will have a passion for Leading Teams, effectively building processes, streamlining operations and implementing systems that achieve results. As we develop America’s premier SMB Community, we are looking for a builder who executes with an ecosystem and “end-to-end” approach in mind. Whether its content, Operator success, development or growth, each of these lines of effort must be in sync and pointed in the same direction.

This person will report directly to the Head of The Operator Network and should also possess the traits of a “Chief of Staff. Being a strategic thought-Leader to the Head of the Operator Network, is imperative. The ability to understand the vision, test, execute and productize methods will allow us to help as many aspiring Owner-Operators as possible: The future of America depends on it.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Leader for keeping the trains on time and moving- Responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational cadence of the Operator Network.

  • Oversee the delivery of our products and services, ensuring a World-Class experience

  • Track progress of critical initiatives/projects, while making recommendations based on

    business objectives and potential obstacles.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of the Operator Network to build a gritty, adaptable

    and creative problem solving Team, with a culture of Service, Growth and Grit.

  • Implement and manage systems that enable a high-functioning Team (i.e. project

    management tools, trackers, SOPs, accountability processes, etc)

  • Monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-informed adjustments to optimize productivity

  • Work hand in hand with the Head of the Operator Network to implement strategies around onboarding, offboarding, talent management and Teammate engagement.

  • Enable the Head of The Operator Network to focus on growth, strategic alignment, brand building, external relations and vision-casting.

Requirements

  • You are driven by Mission, with an integrator mindset and are more hardcore than most folks you’ve worked with.

  • Track record and proven experience Leading cross functional Teams, driving towards outcomes, translating strategy to execution, delivering on initiatives and managing efficiency and expenses

  • You are methodical, mechanical and can create systems that are not only clear but are easily adopted.

  • You are fueled by a fast moving Team who is required to adapt and change quickly

  • An ability to break down problems into the most important parts, define assumptions,

    prioritize, drive to decision and organize to outcomes

  • Builder, creative problem solver and comfortable in ambiguous situations

  • Strong integrity, discernment and discretion
