As a Senior Business Development Associate, you get the opportunity to grow with our company, combining the best of the scale-up and the tech world. You will start in an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients.


Key responsibilities ✹
  • Account mapping: Identify prospects, stakeholders and represent the relationship in a visual way. Based on this exercise, you will work together with the sales team to define the key personas targeted and the strategy for the next months.
  • Research and identify potential clients: You'll use different tools to conduct in-depth research to get information on potential clients and understand the specific challenges, needs, and goals of specific individuals and teams within target enterprise accounts.
  • Stay informed and leverage market insights/trends and understanding of the customer/industry landscape to define an effective strategy for outreach.
  • Execute the outreach strategy by contacting potential clients to verify your findings and strategies (email, phone, social media, etc.)
  • You are a referent for other BDA team members across countries on some skills you master (calling, video prospection, content creation
)
  • You can train, onboard, and coach other interns/junior BDAs.

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study
  • First experience in a start-up or a B2B environment with a high affinity for the tech industry
  • Strong hunting mentality, team spirit, and willingness to deliver
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are creative, a real team player, and enjoy working in an international environment
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English
