Malt is recruiting for our top-performing Sales team to accelerate our growth.


Our Hunters are business development experts focused on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with untapped enterprise accounts. You'll be the pioneer in virgin territories, building relationships from scratch and driving revenue growth.


This is a challenging and rewarding role for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on hunting and closing deals. You'll have the autonomy to shape your own territory and the support of a dynamic team to achieve your goals.


Key responsibilities ✹
  • Identify and Qualify: Proactively source and qualify new enterprise accounts that align with our target market.
  • Cold Outreach: Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to engage potential clients.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, positioning Malt as a valuable partner.
  • Create Opportunities: Identify and create new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast future revenue.


About you 🧑‍🚀
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Resilience and Persistence: A tenacious attitude and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and track performance.
  • Fluency in French and English.
