Manager, Product Marketing, Brand Partnerships

Location: Remote

Reports to: Director Product Marketing, Brand Partnerships

The Role:

The Manager Product Marketing for Brand Partnerships is responsible for managing daily product marketing activities that achieve engagement and retention on LTK Connect (self-serve influencer platform for SMB businesses) and our LTK Optimize, (managed service influencer platform for large enterprise clients).

This role drives revenue by identifying key customer segments and leading product marketing messaging to assure successful onboarding, engagement, cross sell, upsell, retention and save strategies.

This role works closely with the Product development team in developing and executing comprehensive platform on-boarding, engagement, education, product launch messaging, road mapping, cross sell, upsell, product upgrades, retention and save messaging including messaging in app, web, email marketing, digital media, webinar and lead nurture tactics that deliver optimal customer engagement with our platform services. 

The ideal candidate will have four years experience with product marketing, B2B communication streams, demand generation campaigns, content writing and management, research and persona experience, tracking and triggering messaging for High, Moderate and Low engagement behaviors, pipeline activity and value, analyzing results and also be proven in successfully planning, executing and building programs and reports in HubSpot, Braze, and other platforms.

Candidate will be responsible for nurturing healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of building customer engagement, loyalty and retention.

The ideal candidate will balance marketing strategy with creativity and a passion to deliver bar-raising, best-in-class ad placement and Co-op opportunities, as well as calendars, digital marketing, social media, CRM, marketing PR and sales materials.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Drive measurable revenue by managing projects on a cross-functional team of product, engineering, creative, accounting and legal and marketing contributors
  • Marketing programs include: best practices product marketing outreach on platform and through data triggers, webinars, content /distribution, email, data optimization, sales enablement, channel marketing,social media, nurturing, website updates and analytics.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive marketing calendar and roadmap with test and learn modeling and measurement to make proactive course corrections to ensure performance optimization.
  • Support and suggest necessary marketing technology requirements, and develop a communication roadmap of improvements to gain efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee quality of all marketing execution.
  • Produce and publish educational B2B video content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts)

Measures:

  • Achievement of marketing KPIs including delivering effective onboarding, engagement, retention and education completion.
  • Disciplined strategy and supervision of omni-channel campaign plans.

Professional Characteristics:

  • Seasoned product marketing expert with subject matter expertise in marketing operations and demand generation for a tech, social media, SaaS, online retail or digital ad business.
  • Experience with B2B2C products ideal.
  • Extensive experience with CRM Platform marketing (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle preferred), push notifications, in-app marketing, and events (live and virtual).
  • A self-starter, bar-raiser and natural collaborator, this role must build key connections both internally and externally, while communicating and delivering complex strategies effectively.
  • Able to perform granular performance analytics, with understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling and experience sharing insights across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 4+ years of experience driving revenue in a product marketing role delivering on key metrics
  • Experience marketing SaaS, tech and/or apps, online retail or influence marketing preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
