The Poo-sition

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Research and Analytics Senior Manager to join team TUSHY. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading market research and analytics projects, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions, and managing a team of market researchers and analysts.

Your Doody

• Develop and implement market research and analytics strategies to support business goals and objectives
• Lead market research projects, including design, execution, and analysis of surveys, focus groups, and other research methods
• Develop, automate and maintain scorecards on the marketing team and broader organization
• Selecting the most appropriate research methodologies and techniques
• Analyze and interpret market research data, and provide insights and make actionable recommendations to support business decisions
• Design both qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the product life cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to support critical business decisions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to broader organization to ensure they meet project goals and deadlines
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in market research and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in market research, statistics, business or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research and analytics
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools
• Experience leading market research projects, including survey design, data analysis, and report writing
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must.
