The poo-sition is currently remote. We have our Dumbo, Brooklyn office available for individuals or teams who need in-person time.


The Poo-sition


As the Marketing Manager at TUSHY, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our brand by launching new paid media tactics, ensuring the success of product launches, and managing our presence on registry sites.   • Manage all promotional sale activity for TUSHY, including goal setting, managing the strategy and executing across all touchpoints, including email, social, affiliate, influencer, website updates, etc.
  • Develop and implement new paid media tactics to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and drive sales
  • Ensure the success of product launches by managing all launch activities, from pre-launch planning to post-launch analysis
  • Launch and manage TUSHY on registry sites, working closely with these partners to drive sales and increase brand visibility
  • Analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve performance
  • Collaborate with product development team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and updates
  • This position reports into the Associate Director of Growth

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product launches and digital marketing
  • Experience with managing projects via themselves hands on keyboard and via managing external marketing agencies preferred
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must.
