If you are up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired:Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification.7+ years’ experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations and using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning.7+ years planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams7+ years experience working within agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection etc.5+ years creating and delivering presentations, PowerPoint decks, and project plans.2+ years working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Clarity and/or Cloud-based platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud)Preferred:Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)SAFe certified – SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum MasterServant leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release TrainFamiliarity with product/project development experience on an Agile Teams in a technology-focused organizationAbility to align change management strategies with product development/deployments.Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology.Thrives in a highly collaborative, matrixed, complex, fast paced environment.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESLeading Organizational DeliverySupports one or more software delivery team using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint RetrospectiveResponsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelinesContributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organizationWorks with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the roleActs as servant leader of the Agile Team and directs the initiative delivery teamPartner with Product Managers to maintain plans and communicate progress of the team. Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $105,641 to $190,154 annually.Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038 to $209,169 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
