What to expect:

Our Utility/Heavy Equipment Operators will be trained on a variety of mobile equipment. They will assist with plant maintenance, production and contribute to our culture of safety. By joining our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our operations and work alongside an exceptional group of individuals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

This role might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Enjoy working outside, rain or shine
  • Have experience operating heavy equipment (this is preferred but not required – we will train you!)
  • Are comfortable with working 10 (sometimes more) hours per day
