A CFG Financial Planner is the Modern Advisor, an entrepreneur:• Ambitious- an emergent leader in Bedford, NH or the surrounding communities• A motivational and influential relationship-builder with a client-first approach• Assertive, independent, and self-motivated• A charismatic connector with high social confidence• Ready to scale their established markets and build their vision• Minimum of 5 years professional experience (sales, business development, or client-facing roles are a plus)We have built and invested in a unique Training and Development Program designed to support, challenge, and grow entrepreneurial-minded individuals as they build their own business. We are committed to ensuring they have the necessary skills for a successful, fulfilling financial planning career, and we want to find other entrepreneurial-minded people who thrive in a career where success is defined by you, not someone else. Our Financial Planning Mastery Program is:• An elite program in the industry, thoughtfully crafted to provide individuals new to this career (or industry) the skillset and industry knowledge needed to feel confident in building a financial planning career.• Designed for those passionate about helping others along with building/nurturing relationships. CFG provides comprehensive financial plans, strategies, and guidance to clients so they can reach their financial goals and feel secure that loved ones are safe.• Guides our new advisors towards developing their markets with an additional focus on advanced planning.• Educates, develops, and financially supports successful professionals to build a financial planning career through classroom-style training and development, mentorships, partnerships, and joint work. You will receive support and guidance from our CFG staff, including access to tools and resources that will help you grow your business and communicate effectively with your prospects and clients.Start a practice, build a long-term business:• Implement and scale your strategic business plan, guided through mentorship and world-class training• Establish networks, cultivate referrals, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients• Provide financial solutions through fact gathering and needs analysis• Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates• If you do not already hold the SIE, Series 7, 66, and/or Life, Accident & Health licenses, you will work towards obtaining these to offer associated services, in addition to your continued professional development.Benefits:• New Financial Planners in our Financial Planning Mastery Program are making $90-125k/year• Health & Welfare Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)• 401(k) Plan with Eligibility for Company Match• Rewards programs, including recognition events for top performers• Potential to obtain grants for philanthropic organizations you are personally involved with through collaboration with our firm's charitable foundation• Leadership and career development opportunities available throughout your careerAbout the Company:MassMutual
