Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information regarding our cruise offerings.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cruises and packages, guiding them through the booking process.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about cruise industry trends and promotions to effectively market our offerings.
- Work closely with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Fluency in German and English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or cruise industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proven sales skills with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for travel and a good understanding of cruise offerings and destinations.
