This exciting role places you as the first point of contact for our valued Danish-speaking customers, helping them with their hotel reservations and hospitality queries. Your main tasks will include assisting customers in making, changing, and confirming their bookings, as well as providing them with detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions to elevate their stay. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints with professionalism while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions for quality assurance.
