Responsibilities

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO preferred.

- A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools is advantageous.
