Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Public Transport Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for our client's Public Transport Services Department. In this essential entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and concerns related to public transport services.

Your fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them navigate our services, address their questions, and ensure they have the best possible experience while using public transport.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a Nordic language through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to schedules, routes, fares, and service updates
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay informed about public transport regulations and updates in Nordic countries
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in transport or public services, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide effective resolutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passionate about helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction with public transport services
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
