In this important Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing expert support and assistance related to their real estate inquiries and issues. Your proficiency in Portuguese will be crucial in ensuring effective communication and exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to property management, leasing, and real estate processes
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Provide detailed information regarding property listings, regulations, and services
- Gather client feedback to help improve our service offerings
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and the real estate sector
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in real estate or property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
