Job Description:As part of the Merkle Executive Leadership team, this position must deliver excellence and drive business growth and transformation to unlock the Experience and Commerce Service Line's full potential in market and provide the best solutions to our clients. It offers a unique opportunity for growth and to influence our overall business strategy. This position includes oversight of experience design, experience strategy, commerce, product management, content management, performance marketing, promotions, loyalty, gamification, and digital messaging. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Act as the dedicated Go To Market Lead for Experience and Commerce business. Responsible for all aspects of managing the Go To Market strategy, process, and delivery by working across cross-functional teams.Manage the business to drive client engagement to maximize sustained growth and profitability.Oversight for the P&L across Experience and Commerce. Work with leaders to make difficult decisions to manage costs.Assist in new client opportunities and new business pitches.Ensure continued staffing across our teams in both the US and India.Staff, retain, and motivate key leaders on your team through regular interactions and mentorship.Collaborate with other regions and service lines.Drive client retention and project execution to satisfy ever-changing client needs and requirements.Participate in regular M&A exploration and evaluation.Oversee continued integration efforts for two recently acquired agencies.Work with clients during challenging delivery scenarios and mentor teams on negotiation tactics and strategies.Required skills and qualifications15+ years of experience in the Experience and Commerce industry with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets.Strong expertise in Go To Market strategies to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Excellent analytical skills in analyzing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales.The anticipated salary range for this position is ($357,500 - $476,500). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
