Business Development Specialist- Cedar Park

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a Business Development Specialist in Cedar Park to join our team. This is a dynamic role for an energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach via email and social media to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilize the CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and update records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine the appointment setting process and achieve sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and propose strategies for improvement.

This role is essential to the growth of our business in Cedar Park, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
