Location: Gladewater PMM Products Gladewater, TX Job Opportunities Are you ready to join the Premix-Marbletite (PMM) Production Team with great people, fantastic products and an outstanding employer? PMM Products is a division of QEP Company, Inc., and is a leading manufacturer and distributor of pool finishes, stucco, plaster and roof tile mortars. We are searching for hardworking individuals with passion and experience that are ready to take the lead as Shift Supervisor, Product Baggers and Forklift Operators at our Gladewater, Texas manufacturing plant! We’d love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.Responsibilities• Supervise the activities of production personnel• Implement operational strategies in areas of safety, productivity and quality• Provide guidance on staffing, training, and performance management for hourly production team• Batching, bagging plaster and stucco• QC testing each batch• Operating a pallet wrapper• Receiving raw materials• Shipping finished productQualifications• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Forklift experience and/or forklift safety certification• Safety conscience attitude• Work experience requiring multi-tasking and attention to detail• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills• Team spiritWorking Environment/Safety Requirements• Work is performed in a production warehouse setting and regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and/or cold conditions as well as dust (cement) and noise. Requires the ability to routinely move, lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 80 pounds and occasionally up to 94 pounds. Requires bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, twisting, and lifting. Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations.Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
