About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Advisor Platforms Senior Lead Designer as part of the Advisor Platforms Product Management organization within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). The Advisor Platforms Product Management group leads the strategy, design, and prioritization of the Advisor Desktop experience, and Advisor tools to enable growth across WIM’s full-service and independent advisor channels. The team drives close collaboration across all Wealth & Investment Management product verticals and 3rd Party FinTech to drive a consistent and seamless experience for Advisors and Client Associates. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:• Lead the design strategy and implementation of a new suite of applications to support multiple lines of business in the firm• Perform user driven discovery analysis and design iterations to define the core product offerings leveraging state-of-the-art design and technology• Partner with various business stakeholders to drive the integrated desktop experience• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership through compelling design communication• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to ensure the user experience is a key part of the product offering• Collaborate with technology to create and maintain features and capabilities that will enrich the overall advisor experienceRequired Qualifications:• 7+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• 5+ years' experience in web application design experience in B2B or B2C platforms, including transactional workflows• 2+ years' experience leading design on complex initiatives• Figma expertise, including working with design systems and prototyping• Cross-channel design experience across web, desktop, and mobile• Demonstrated experience translating requirements into elegant, simple interfaces• Innovative interaction design skills with complex task-driven interfaces• Demonstrated information architecture ability, expressing complex data into actionable insights• Experience leading complex projects independently with stakeholders across all disciplinesJob Expectations:• This position offers a hybrid work schedule• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipWork Locations:• 150 E 42nd Street - NY, NY 10017• 2801 Market Street - St. Louis, MO 63103• 550 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC 28202Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
