What You'll Do

  • Quality Management: Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive quality standards for slitters and overwrap processes
  • Safety and Process Analysis: Conduct detailed task and safety assessments to ensure production quality and personnel safety
  • Documentation Control: Manage and maintain quality surveillance records, improvement documentation, and corrective action reports
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead quality enhancement initiatives through targeted projects, customer complaint analysis, and process refinement
  • Inspection Protocols: Implement and oversee 100% inspection processes to guarantee defect-free production
  • Defect Prevention: Develop and enforce proactive defect detection and prevention procedures
  • Personnel Development: Train and guide team members to maintain and elevate quality standards
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve automation and efficiency
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
