Stellenbeschreibung

In enger und vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften gestalten Sie ein Arbeitsumfeld mit, das sich durch Vielfalt, große Spielräume für kreative und innovative Beiträge sowie umfassende Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten auszeichnet.   • In dieser Position sind Sie ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Mitarbeiterführung mit Blick auf den gesamten Employee-Lifecycle.
  • Im operativen Tagesgeschäft steuern Sie alle Aspekte des Personalmanagements  und begleiten den Employee Lifecycle bis zur Beendigung und Off Boarding.
  • Sie begleiten Maßnahmen der Organisationsentwicklung aus personalwirtschaftlicher Sicht und sorgen für eine professionelle Umsetzung der entsprechenden Arbeitspakete.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Standorten unserer Gruppe bereiten Sie HR Kennzahlen auf und erstellen regelmäßig Reports, um daraus Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams an abwechslungsreichen Projekten zu Themen wie Talent Acquisition, Talent Development und Compensation & Benefits.
  • Sie gestalten die Schnittstelle zum Betriebsrat am Standort Bielefeld und stellen die Einhaltung betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher Vorgaben sicher.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Personal) oder bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung in generalistisch ausgerichteten HR-Rollen im internationalen Umfeld mit. Mögliche Kenntnisse aus der Betreuung von Produktionsbereichen werden begrüßt. 
  • Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für den Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Gesprächspartnern, treten sicher auf und können Ihre Anliegen überzeugend und adressatengerecht sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache vermitteln.
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise abseits der Routine. Sie können sich schnell auf wechselnde Prioritäten und Anforderungen einstellen und zeichnen sich auch in turbulenten Zeiten durch Verlässlichkeit und Umsetzungsstärke aus.
