tMindTickle is looking for a Visualizer with a creative flair and strong visualization skills. We need someone who can craft engaging, story-driven designs that are relevant to the audience and align with business goals. You'll play a key role in the conceptualization, design, and development of high-quality visual content.If you love bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, we'd love to hear from you!


As a Visualizer, you will:
  • Create concepts for learning experiences across tech and non-tech industries.
  • Design and develop engaging content using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, Synthesia, Canva, and more.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and key stakeholders throughout the learning framework (needs analysis, concept development, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality by developing design guidelines and checklists.
  • Optimize and scale designs by creating reusable templates and adaptable visual elements.

  • An eye for detail with a solid understanding of color schemes, typography, and layout principles.
  • The ability to connect design with the message and business outcomes.


Experience & Tools
  • 6-10 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in design tools Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience with animation and audio-video editing tools like After-effects, Premiere, 11Labs.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS is a must.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate design outputs.


Work Approach & Mindset
  • Proactiveness and ownership in driving projects from idea to final deployment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset to continuously improve technical and soft skills.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Synthesia, HTML, CSS and Microsoft PowerPoint.
