Well-organized and able to multitask effectively
Must have a PC (Apple devices are not allowed)
Must have a working headset
Must have a quiet, distraction-free environment for taking calls
Comfortable using a resource site to research issues
Able to perform minor troubleshooting when needed

Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
