About the Role

The Social and Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and successfully implementing social media strategies and content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a strong sense of design, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through various social media channels.


They will manage relationships with a wide range of customers, partners, and team members to deliver content of an outstanding and consistent quality.


What You'll be Doing


-  Social Media and Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Manage the execution of the content strategy with effective planning, measurement, and optimization of content and formats.

-  Content Generation: Generate, curate, and manage engaging and on-brand content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. Effectively and distribute content for maximum impact to build mutual gain for MYOB and our audiences. Ensure effective investment of funds to produce, promote and ensure return on investment across social media channels.

-  Campaign Management: Plan, complete, and optimize social media campaigns that support marketing initiatives, product launches, and key events.

-  Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance through analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to optimize content and strategies.

-  Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, standard methodologies, and platform updates. Share relevant insights with the team to encourage innovation.


About You

-  Strong writing and editing skills with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.

-  Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).

-  Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar.

-  Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

-  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-  Experience and familiarity with B2B social/content
