If you yearn to be innovative, contribute new ideas, and play a critical part in our Cloud Security organization, we want to hear from you!What you'll doAs a Cloud Security Manager, you'll lead a nimble, high-performance team of experienced architects and engineers to define and execute the cloud security strategy, architect secure-by-design patterns, and implement and operate security solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments, as well as a large PaaS and SaaS footprint. You'll be an important link between business stakeholders and leaders and will work closely with our Cloud Center of Excellence in supporting National Grid's Energy and Digital Transformation.You'll combine excellent relationship and collaboration skills, deep technical knowledge of existing and emerging technologies, and a practical approach to real-world risk reduction to solve complex security problems. Key responsibilities include the following:• Align cloud security strategy with overall business objectives and compliance requirements for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS• Be the subject matter expert for leadership teams to rely on vis-a-via cloud security• Lead the evaluation and selection of cloud security solutions and services• Mentor a team of cloud security architects and engineers, providing guidance on secure cloud design and best practices• Develop, implement, and socialize technical patterns, standards and guidance for cloud infrastructure and applications• Work with the Cloud owners to understand and execute the Cloud vision and requirements• Work closely with the business unit project teams, Cloud Center of Excellence, Software Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance teams to deliver strategic business programs• Bring a passion to stay on top of latest technologies; identify and lead the team through opportunities to improve our cloud security portfolio with latest technology as appropriateAbout you• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the proven ability to lead and mentor high-performance teams and build strong relationships with diverse business stakeholders• Expertise in cloud security architectures and controls for Azure, AWS and GCP, and experience building and nurturing early-stage cloud security programs• Deep understanding of standard software development practices and CI/CD pipelines and tools; proficiency with scripting and programming languages for automation and orchestration• Strong security foundations to include experience in network security, vulnerability management, identity and access management (IAM), and application security• Familiarity with ICS/SCADA/OT environments and architecture, along with industry-relevant standards such as NIST, CIS benchmarks, CSA CCM, and NERC CIPMore InformationAre you the right fit for this exciting role?
