About the Role:
As the Project Manager in our Content and Design team, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple brands and locales, and driving the success of our creative endeavors. Your ability to coordinate, optimize, and lead will contribute to building cohesive and impactful content and design strategies across 5 brands in 15 locales.

Why We’re Hiring:
Due to the growing number of tasks and exciting challenges within our Content and Design department, we’re expanding the team to include a Project Manager who can elevate our processes and ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage calendars for content and design teams, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects across 5 brands.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, illustrators, writers, editors, team leaders, and managers to ensure seamless execution of creative tasks.
  • Uphold high standards for content and design creation and delivery across all projects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success.
  • Drive process improvements and streamline workflows by implementing and updating SOPs across the Content and Design department, as well as other related areas.
  • Support the Head of Content and Head of Design in refining strategies for brand recognition across diverse locales.
  • Maintain expertise in content management systems and tools, ensuring the team has the guidance and resources they need.
  • Optimize and manage Asana workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content and design, ensuring the team remains ahead of the curve.
