Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including making job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Understanding of the tech industry and its talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
