NetBox Labs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with 4-7 years of experience. Reporting into the VP of People and Finance, you will build and operate the hiring engine that fuels our business growth. 

In this role you will: 

  • Own the full recruiting process from sourcing to offer

  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training

  • Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers and leadership

  • Deliver a delightful candidate experience 

  • Develop and be an ambassador for the NetBox Labs employer brand 

  • Help deploy and update People team processes, tools, and documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years working in a fast paced, early stage (<100 employees) startup environment

  • Experience with sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent

  • Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, which are critical to keep up with a high volume of open roles and applicants

  • Creativity, flexibility, and empathy, which are critical to positive candidate experiences

  • Ability to multitask and project manage multiple roles, applicants, and projects

  • Ability to understand or learn the business context of our talent strategy

  • Desire to get things done and win the best candidates
