  • Drive exceptional sales enablement, ensuring teams are proficient in our products, processes, and selling skills through ongoing training, tooling, and other enablement strategies.

  • Design and implement strategies for our Land and Expand sales model, leveraging inbound and outbound sales strategies as well as our vibrant partner channels.

  • Develop, oversee, and adapt our sales playbook, combining insights from prior successes with the unique dynamics at NetBox Labs.

  • Demonstrate a collaborative, low-ego approach, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership Teams to drive results.

  • Show resilience and resourcefulness; approach challenges with grit and determination, staying focused on solutions even in high-pressure situations.

You will work closely with:

  • The executive team to align on goals, growth targets, and sales strategies that mesh with the company’s strategic direction.

  • Product and Marketing leaders to refine go-to-market strategies, improve and accelerate the lead funnel and sales pipeline, and ensure that sales initiatives support overall company objectives.

  • The Partnership Team to drive partner sourced pipeline and facilitate large strategic selling opportunities.

  • The greater sales team, ensuring constant learning, growth, and improvement in skills and selling capabilities.

It would be fantastic if you have the following background:

  • Proven success in fast-growth, Series A and Series B startups; you've been a driving force in scaling teams from 5-7 Account Executives to 25 AEs and $50M+ ARR.

  • Experience as a sales leader or successful "second-in-command" ready to step up to a sales leadership role, with a network of high-performing sales reps who are excited to work with you again.

  • A track record in inbound sales with experience in outbound sales strategies and partner/channel sales; understanding of the Land and Expand model.

  • Extensive remote work experience, successfully building and scaling teams and processes, and developing a vibrant sales culture in a fully remote environment.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving ability; you bring best practices from prior roles but are flexible in tailoring them to new challenges.

  • Experience selling infrastructure and/or Network Management software to enterprise and commercial customers with an ASP in the $75-500k range, adept at navigating both long, complex deals and more transactional, volume-driven sales.
