Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an E-Learning Support in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an E-learning support for public organizations, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of client engagements across multiple L&D solution offerings, ensuring lasting and successful outputs, aiming to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business. The e-Learning specialist will contribute to the reassurance that the business unit’s projects are delivered at the highest quality, on time, on budget and within scope.
 
•    Design, develop, and implement e-learning projects for major projects of the public sector
•    Research and analyze learning needs, design content, and evaluate outcomes
•    Create engaging activities, assessments, and course content for effective learning
•    Produce clear, visually appealing original content using user-focused tools.
•    Collaborate with subject experts and specialists to meet instructional goals
•    Apply proven instructional design methods
•    Facilitate client trainings, webinars and workshops
•    Improve training processes and tools independently
•    Engage in Moodle-based asynchronous training sessions

Qualifications

 What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or a related field
  • Certificate in E-learning instructional design 
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Very good knowledge of Moodle platform
  • Very good knowledge of Camtasia 
  • Very good knowledge of SCORM
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
