A background check will be conducted.Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership, Execution & Strategy: Oversee divisional sales performance and support Sales Associates in achieving targets. Guide and mentor managers, develop strategies to drive sales performance, and ensure financial and operational objectives are met across multiple divisions, consistently exceeding goals.Team Development & Sales Enablement: Act as a resource for Sales Associates, providing in-person feedback and training through both our tech platform and in the field. Lead divisional training, mentor managers, and ensure high participation in sales enablement programs to enhance team performance.Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market conditions, recommend marketing or incentive programs, and lead market analysis. Drive strategic recommendations to optimize divisional performance.Model Home & Community Standards: Manage model home coverage and maintain community presentation standards.
