Sales/Business Development Manager

Based in Dublin, Ireland, we are seeking a new Sales/Business Development Manager to join our Pilot Recruitment team. This is a hybrid position, based in our Dublin Office. This exciting opportunity has arisen within Nobox HR Outsourcing, Europe’s leading Aviation recruitment business, with over 10,000 crew placed in 2023.

The responsibilities of the Sales/Business Development Manager will involve:

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and industry movements affecting recruitment services within the Aviation Industry
  • Conducting high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Promoting the company’s services to prospective clients 
  • Participating in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
  • Traveling to meet both current and prospective clients
  • Interacting with clients and responding to inquiries about the company’s services
  • Other duties as directed by Line Manager

In order to be successful in this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation recruitment business
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Professional manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
  • Experience of doing business in the APAC region
  • Experience of using Bullhorn database systems effectively together with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous aviation recruitment sales/business development experience would be an advantage
