Business Unit Administrator
We are looking for a Business Unit Administrator to partner with the Seattle market leadership in supporting a growing and vibrant wealth management business. You will work alongside the Sr Managing Director providing daily support and advice in a fast moving and energetic business.
The Business Unit Administrator will be a main point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring professional and efficient interactions. This role is key to maintaining an organized office environment and supporting our Seattle leadership with administrative tasks.
You will provide advice around calendar scheduling, and the most efficient use of time. In addition, interface with clients, board members, key executives, and all levels of employees providing the best experience and appropriate discretion while doing so, based in the Seattle, WA office.

Salary Range:
$55,800 - $89,400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
