**This is a Full Time position at 36 hours per week for the Immediate Care Center located at the Gurnee clinic. This would be 3, 12hr shifts from 7:45am-8:15pm with weekend and holiday coverage requirement. Floating to other clinics may be required.**

The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments. This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
