What We are looking for

As a Loyalty & Rewards Associate at Novibet, you'll focus on optimizing customer experience, strengthening customer loyalty, and driving business growth through effective CRM strategies, competitor analysis, and strategic partnerships.

What you will work on

  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify and evaluate CRM and loyalty strategies implemented by other companies within the industry.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships aimed at customer acquisition and retention, ensuring long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth research and competitor analysis focused on the Novibet marketplace to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Manage and develop partnerships to enhance and grow the company’s loyalty program, driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Keep track of ongoing CRM projects, resolve bugs, and ensure smooth implementation of updates and improvements.
  • Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify CRM trends and opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Coordinate the implementation and management of loyalty programs and marketplace strategies across all countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer marketing
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with customer data
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and performance metrics
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
