WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to lead the commercialization efforts for product launches and campaigns for the nVent CADDY and nVent LENTON brands and business in the EMEA region
- Build written and technical content including, but not limited to, product narratives and features, digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, blog, and presentations in support of regional campaigns and tactics as agreed upon by the business and marketing leaders
- Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and leaders to understand and support the product and solution offering and manage different, challenging projects simultaneously
- Ensure brand and Marketing process adherence is upheld in the region to enable high-quality content creation and brand-building
- Manage the translation process and regionalization of marketing collateral material
- Think “digital first”—from websites to identifying and generating lead-generating efforts in support of campaigns and a cross-functional Marketing team, including coordination with:
- Channel Marketing on marketing campaigns and distributor promotion activities
- Marketing Technology team on product information, data and digital needs
- Marketing Operations for tradeshow, event and print activities
Vertical Growth for high-growth vertical marketing support
- Participate in the creation of dashboards, launch metrics, social performance and reports on campaign outcomes
- A successful candidate will continue to build up the marketing communications team as a trusted partner by each of the brand teams in the organization.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field)
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including marketing, agency, or other appropriate experience—preferably working for a major electrical or industrial products manufacturer or distributor
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with ability to modify technical content for a wider audience
- Familiarity and experience with the following technologies: social media publishing and listening tools, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, translation, website CMS.
- Experience with modern digital marketing platforms, including social media tools and platforms, project management software (Monday.com, JIRA, etc.), marketing automation (Marketo preferred), customer relationship management (Salesforce.com preferred), digital asset management and web content management systems
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Commercially driven, pragmatic and solution-oriented and able to think out of the box
- Good project management skills; anticipating, planning and maintaining a strong working relationship with in- and external stakeholders
- Team player.
