Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll:   

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy.  
  • Generate leads to onboard new influencer partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.  
  • Create content and briefs for influencers in assigned campaigns and manage influencer’s content schedules.  
  • Monitor and control campaign budgets to achieve set KPIs, ensuring cost-effective strategies.  
  • Contribute to refining internal processes for increased efficiency.  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, influencer events, and news for continuous improvement.  
  • Implement new, creative approaches and channels to influencer campaigns.  
  • Provide support to Influencer Marketing specialist. 

We expect:  

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer marketing. 
  • Proven track record in new lead generation. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems. 
  • Excellent command of oral and written English, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including blogging, vlogging, and social media platforms. 
  • Expertise in various social media platforms, primarily YouTube (Instagram, TikTok, etc., would be advantageous). 
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to track and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Creativity and innovation in developing influencer marketing strategies. 
  • High attentiveness to detail combined with proactiveness.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with a result-driven personality.

Salary range   

Gross salary starting from 2806 - 3470 EUR/Month is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
