Key Responsibilities
Handle the customer inquiry via phone, chat or email.
Help customers with leaflet orders, account updates and billing questions.
Solve insurance related issues and claims of procedure.
Maintain an exact record of customer interaction.
Provide sympathy and professional assistance to the needy customers.
Cooperate with internal teams to ensure customers' satisfaction.

The ability to work independently while being productive.
Strong problems and multitasking abilities.

Ex -customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide complete training!
