As a Product Manager - with a UI/UX spin at Ordio, you’ll play a key role in defining the look, feel, and usability of our user centric Ordio platform used by thousands of Shift workers. You’ll collaborate and lead developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

What you’ll do as a Product Manager:

♺ End-to-End ownership of your dedicated product area: idea creation to discovery to development to go-live.

👂🏻 User Centric: working with Customer Support, Sales, & Success teams, to interviewing customers ensuring we build the best product for our users

💪 Lead the design & improve user interfaces for our exciting Ordio Core app on both web and mobile applications used by thousands of users.

🔝 Own the design process: from research, competitor benchmarking, low to high-fidelity wireframes, customer testing, and QA with our development team.

💻 Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the product experience.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

💡 Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

💭 Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

🧠 Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

💻 2 years experience as a Product manager in the B2B / B2C SaaS Space

🧑‍💻 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

💙 Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.

🔎 Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

🚀 Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).

🏎️ Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing.

👑 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with design and development teams to bring ideas to life

💪  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
