Post Doctoral Scholar to pursue specialized research training and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor; conducts research related to supportive care, including but not limited to pain, in individuals with cancer. Additional areas of focus may include prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of substance use and use disorders in people with cancer, behavioral intervention development/testing, and implementation science. Responsibilities may also include participating in qualitative interviews and analyses, participating in other study design and analysis, preparing manuscripts and grants, and training others (e.g., students, staff) in relevant methods and procedures.
Minimum Education Required
Doctoral Degree in an appropriate discipline is required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in clinical research is desirable, particularly patient-oriented research.
