Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll processing activities, including data entry, payroll adjustments, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws, staying updated on changes and providing guidance to stakeholders.

  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain HR systems and databases including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.

  • Manage leave of absence administration, maternity, paternity,  disability, and other statutory leaves.

  • Process employee changes, such as job title changes, salary adjustments, department transfers & promotions.

  • Prepare promotion letters, and other HR-related documents as needed.

  • Support audit and compliance activities, including data validation, documentation review, and internal controls testing.

  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits, payroll, HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.

  • Ensure accurate and compliant records management, including document retention, storage, and disposal.

  • Assist with the unemployment claims process to ensure timely and accurate filing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards specifically benefits, compensation & payroll.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
