The Role


Palantir's Real Estate Transaction Analyst will support and scale our business by shaping our real estate portfolio. You'll be a master of drafting and negotiating commercial leases, construction agreements, and purchase agreements and you'll be indispensable to our strategic expansion across the globe from Denver to London to Tokyo. You love real estate, but also enjoy and are curious about other areas of business and law, and will be excited to pitch in elsewhere when the opportunity arises. You'll focus on the details, but also have the broad vision to bring large and multi-stepped projects to completion. You will look forward to arriving at work each morning because there are always new challenges to conquer.


Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute real estate transactions.
  • Participate in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, including site visits, document review, and financial analysis.
  • Review and draft lease and ancillary agreements for commercial offices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of our real estate portfolio, including occupancy rates, lease terms, rental rates, and capital expenditures.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on real estate market conditions, investment strategies, and portfolio performance.
  • Manage and process lease documents, including rent invoices, renewals, amendments, and other documents.
  • Actively oversee external stakeholders, including brokers, outside counsel, and other third party firms.

What We Require
  • 2-4+ years at a corporate law firm or investment bank working in real estate transactions, with significant experience driving due diligence, negotiation, execution and integration.


Salary


The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $140,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
