Your Career

As a Senior Inclusive Program Manager on the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team, your focus will be to drive further impact with Palo Alto Networks employees, customers, partners, suppliers, and the broader cyber workforce.

Your Impact

  • Lead and deliver global strategic cross-functional initiatives, known as Business Impact Projects,  to advance the I&D strategy and support broader company goals, resulting in a more inclusive culture and stronger cyber industry.

  • Develop a strategy and drive implementation of programs to protect the broader community from cyber threats through Palo Alto Networks products, services, and research. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for internal cross-functional teams and the broader community, including nonprofits, to deepen partnerships in service of strengthening cybersecurity for the social sector. 

  • Develop and implement initiatives with the product and go-to-market teams to bring an I&D lens to product and sales to create impact with and for Palo Alto Networks’ business partners and customers. 

  • Partner with our Supply Chain team on Business Impact Projects that reinforce our value chain through diverse suppliers and human rights practices in our supply chain.  

  • Broaden access to cybersecurity education and career pathways through workforce development opportunities. 

  • Mobilize Palo Alto Networks employee community to play an active role in contributing to an inclusive culture and cyber ecosystem.

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support strategy and inform programmatic design and updates

  • Earn credibility and trusted partner status by demonstrating deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and ecosystem in order to expand business impact through an I&D lens.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 8+ years of experience in the Software industry, preferably with Cybersecurity or other Enterprise technical products

  • 2+ years in Product Inclusion and/or DEI with a focus on program implementation and assessment.

  • Proven track record in delivering results within fast-paced, matrixed global organizations and managing products, programs, or projects.

  • Strong project management, change management, and organizational skills, effectively navigating stakeholder relationships across diverse groups.

  • Strong analytical skills to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategic actions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to various audiences.

  • Experience in managing internal and external relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal).

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $153,000 - $248,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
