Marketing Media Specialist

Location: Albuquerque, NM (100% on-site)

Salary Range: $33,280 - $45,780 per year

Position Description:


MISSION STATEMENT

 

To execute and refine the firm's social media strategy, increasing brand awareness, and contributing to the growth in the number, sizes, and quality of cases handled.

To help maintain the firm's positive and professional reputation through innovative digital marketing practices.


RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done KPIs/Metrics)

-Attend firm huddles every Monday morning at 8:00am

-Attend mini huddles Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

-Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Director, attending biweekly strategy meetings

- Maintain SEO technical health score for our website by over 80

-Develop and maintain a social media marketing calendar for the entire year, ensuring a consistent posting schedule of at least 3 videos per week to engage our audience and increase brand visibility

-Film and edit videos for all events organized by the Marketing Relations Director and Specialist, capturing key moments and ensuring high-quality content is available for promotional use

- Conduct keyword research using SEMrush and draft at least 4 blog and social media posts monthly, aimed at boosting our organic presence and engaging our target audience with relevant and valuable content

- Perform a comprehensive SEO audit bi-weekly to identify and rectify any issues, maintaining optimal website performance and visibility.

-Assess sponsorship requests from other organizations bi-weekly and provide strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with our marketing goals and community engagement objectives.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, focusing on engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Work with writers to draft SEO-friendly content for our website, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.

- Lead the creation of engaging video content, including filming TikTok videos, client and employee testimonials, and event highlights. This includes setting up cameras, filming, and editing in-house content.

- Research and implement innovative strategies to increase followers and engagement on all social media platforms, regularly testing new ideas and formats.

- Review and evaluate marketing progress in SEO and social media

- Assist in organizing, setting up, and attending sponsored events, enhancing the firm's presence and networking opportunities.

- Post pictures and videos of Bert and our firm on Facebook and Instagram to generate more engagements

- Take pictures and record video when Bert speaks at any important events

- Work with the Graphic Designer to publish newsletters to clients and vendors quarterly

- Help implement new marketing programs

- Help attorneys shoot and edit videos for mediation if those cases are worth the time. Help paralegals to shorten lapel videos if needed

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

·         Reports directly to Digital Marketing Director and Marketing Relations Director


**Who We’re Looking For:**

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a solid grasp of digital marketing principles. - Strong skills in filming and editing compelling short-form videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- A knack for creating content that truly resonates with audiences, keeping up with trends to drive engagement and growth.

- Proficiency in video editing tools, especially Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

- Experience in developing and managing engaging social media content across popular platforms.

- The ability to lead and contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, email, and print—to support our brand’s visibility and business growth.

- Understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals, including keyword research and optimizing web content for search engines.

- Confidence in managing email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis.

- An analytical mindset to interpret marketing data and make informed recommendations.

- Familiarity with market research and trend analysis to steer our marketing direction.
