Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed assistance
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and address challenges
- Participate in training and development initiatives for professional growth
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a desire to work in the industry
