Your Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and cybersecurity consulting to German-speaking clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
- Design and recommend security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
- Document customer interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
