Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our virtual assistant services and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in virtual assistance and administrative support.
